CM 10.1 RC2 how do I update

I have CM 10.1 RC2 and just read that RC3 is out. When I go to the stock updater in CM 10 I get 4 choice, that are between nightlies and stable. My question is how do I update a release candidate?

I'm not entirely sure about the updater utility but I'm sure you can hit CM's website and download the new RC3 candidate and update manually.
