Kingo stuck in loop

I am currently trying to root my galaxy s3 and using Kingo to do it. The program is stuck in a continuous loop repeating:
Waiting for device....
Checking ROOT status...
Downloading requisite dependency files...(100%)
Waiting for device...

Has anyone else had this problem? Possible solutions?

I am having the same issue now on an LG Optimus F3. Did you come up with a solution?

Edit: Never mind. It timed out and said root failed.
Then they asked for my email and sent me:
