Does anyone know if this Rom is safe to use on the att version of the galaxy s3? It appears to be the perfect mix of performance and battery tweaks that I'm looking for, but I've only seen forum posts talk about it for the international version of the s3 or the s2..I'm terrified of bricking my phone, I've never installed a custom Rom before

Don't flash a ROM if it isn't for your device. At best it won't work, at worst you're device may end up unrecoverable.
