Upgraded in 15 minutes first try.

Being new I went ahead and installed keis and did the upgrade. I had no problems with both installs. Less than 15 min on the jb install. I have one question in the text app it shows a multiplied symbol of a pic icon with a plus symbol. I anyone care to let me know what that might be. I thanks
