    Default plus sign in notification bar

    Ok for the last 2 days I have been noticing a grey arrow in the left hand side of my notification bar. I have read this is from having too many notifications and it will go away off you clear them. My arrow appears when I pull the bar down even if there are no notifications. Oh and sometimes if flashes really fast. It is driving me crazy. Can someone please help?
