Android 4.1.1

The current OS for the sgs3 is android 4.1.1 JB. I wanna make my own rom but i need the system.img.ext4, cache.img.ext4, boot.img to begin because I am using android kitchen because I am a beginner. Where can I download these parts or where can I download the OS? I dont want a custom rom. I need the actual rom being used my samsung on my phone. Everytime I try searching for it the results are always custom roms so I can never find it.

I cant find the rom. Thats the promblem. It only shows me custom roms made off of the 4.1.1 android

Make a back up of your own rom if thats what you're looking for.
What are you running? Stock touchwiz?

I think? I just updated via kies and then rooted. Thats all ive done.

Then to get those files you listed above just go into your recovery(cwm) and make a backup of everything and use a file explorer or your pc to go into your files and there should be a folder called clockworkmod with the backup in there and those files in there.
