I have been throttled at 3gb by att the past few months. If I get a gs3 does my throttle limit get bumped up to 5gb since it is LTE capable?
Please confirm or deny, thanks.

Yes. Had a skyrocket and have galaxy note and was getting 5GB a month on unlimited LTE plan.

You are correct.. An extra 2gb

I still get throttled. I notice once I am above 3gb my speed goes down.

The unlimited cap moves from 3 GB to 5 GB confirmed.
