Well...Are you wanting to port your numbers? If so if your ordering them online that might be why maybe?...

If you are porting phone numbers, that will take a few weeks. The carriers make porting phone numbers more difficult than need be by taking several weeks to port the number. It also doesn't help that your phone of choice isn't available yet.

I can tell you I pre ordered from Best Buy am porting from Sprint to AT&T and had no issues with the order going thru.
