Is there a way to enable use of Google wallet on our at&t S3's? i.e. root to enable it, or did at&t make sure noone would ever use it on their network?

    Thanks

Deactivated. Att is part of the ISIS group. Several carriers developing their own NFC payment system. Supposed to start testing in Austin and Salt Lake City this summer.

I believe it is missing the secure element so even rooting will not work. I have not looked into it since the skyrocket, but I think att has pretty well locked out Google wallet on their phones when we wait for ISIS to get up and running.
