Pre-order via Target (to score the $149 deal) on 6/20. First info was a ship date of 6/21. Then that disappeared. Email to customer service with a response of "6/28 when we receive them in the store". So much for a pre-order and misinformation. Cripes.

I feel your pain!!!! I preordered via BestBuy on the 7th so far no luck. My friend preordered in Georgia (Sprint customer) through BestBuy and she got hers Thursday around lunch time.

Feel you on best buy, just cancelled my pre- order as the att store in Fairbanks, Ak will launch the SIII on the 28th....guess having it in my grubby hands before everyone else just wasn't meant to be....

I have always pre-ordered through AT&T. There must be unprecedented demand for the GS3. Samsung is said to have under-estimated demand by 2 million units. Given this news and potentially 10 million units sold by July, pre-ordering may be the best way to ensure that you get a device on launch day or shortly thereafter. I got emails that first said on or before June 21 and then by June 28. Mine arrived on June 21. These companies are such large organizations that the left hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
