Imon Sprint and installed the update file via flashing it in recovery. I must say it has greatly improved signal quality for 3g & 4g.

It does not fix the universal search.

I would love it if the update could fix the S Voice to make it work better, or at all, actually. LOL

I am on at&t and it seems to have improved my signal strength also. I am now on the CALG1 update.

CALG1 is a few weeks old. The new update seems to be only hitting Sprint thus far.

I received my SGS III on launch day as I had pre-ordered. I have yet to receive the update. Is this because my phone was made before Apple's injunction against the GNex and the preemptive removal of Universal Search?

I tried to install on my vzw s3 and it failed. Error status 7... if I remember correctly.

The link above is a manual update for Sprint. I don't know why it is posted in the AT&T forum, but it could cause problems if downloaded on AT&T or Verizon..

Don't want to see anyone mess up their phones.

They should move it to the Sprint forums...Though I am sure att will get it soon.
