Default Purchasing Apps in Google Play

    I am new to Android.

Any other options for purchasing apps through Google Play other than Google Wallet (doesn't work) or the carrier option? I would rather pay with my card than add to my bill.

Any other methods to access apps other than Google Play?

You should be able to add a credit card to your account or bill through your carrier.

Yeah, the options I get at the end when purchasing an app are to put it on my bill or add a card. I put them on my debit card no problem.

Huh? I have my credit card info entered and all my Play Store purchases get charged to my credit card, not my AT&T account.
