Whats going on here

Ever since I rooted this is happening. Now I've unrooted and back to stock but it still is happening all the time. These are free apps to.

Ok i did a factory reset and it all better now. Sometimes rooting and roms just tweak things. That's the second time this has happened . Last time it seemed to work it's self out.
