Does this seem right? Up until know I've had no battery issues. Any suggestions on what to do?

That cell standby % is FAR too high.. you must have some third party app running in the background. Have you looked at App Manager in Settings to see what's running, or Task Manager? I get GREAT battery life with my phone, though I'm not a heavy user.. I rarely charge more than every other day and sometimes not even that.. Make sure you also calibrate the battery Calibrate Android Phone/Tablet Battery and Achieve Longer Battery Life

Also use Power Saving mode and install Juice Defender..

Well the problem is I never had to use juice defender. With no new apps downloaded as of late my battery life seems to be down.

"Calibrating" a lithium ion battery is pointless. The only thing that "calibrates" is the battery meter as lithium ion batteries have no memory. Heat and cycle count is what degrades our batteries. Charge your battery as often as possible to increase the life of the battery. In other words, top off the charge as often as possible for the best battery life / health.

Well at the end of the day I got 12 and a half hours out of the battery with moderate use. So you think this seems ok?

Here is an update on my SG3 battery charge. After reading the posts here in the forum I started applying some of the tips to save battery life. After installing
"Juice Defender" and charging battery to 100% (9-19), and tweaking some of the running features, I am now @ 1d 20h 48m with 64% discharging. I am really
pleased with the performance of the "Juice Defender" as it has really extended my battery charge. I'll admit that I haven't really done a whole lot with the phone
(outside of making about six calls in this time period), but since I still have 64% left on the battery and it is Fri. I'm going to see what apps and music I can get
downloaded before I need to recharge the battery again. Mind you, that the phone has been on 24/7 since Wed. 9/19:D

It is now 8pm 9-21 and the readings on my phone are 2d 6h 57m with 26% discharging :) ....... I must say that after installing the "Juice Defender" & making a few tweaks, my batteries performance is very good! I will keep a close eye on it to make sure that it keeps performing at this level. I Luv Android Central!

I tried JD, and it worked but I prefer easy battery saver. I seems to work as well as JD, but the interface is a lot better.
