We will be needing more information to answer that question. What ROM? Are you even rooted?

Hey, just rooted my Note 1 from ICS to JB 4.1.2. I'm getting the same TouchWiz error as this user, when I swipe between my home screens. What's the issue and how do I fix?

Same happened to me.

In my case I found that the app S Planner was corrupt after I had updated my SII with new program version.
Did this;
Setup - Program control - sideways to "all" - find the corrupt app and then deacivate

(don't know if the words are right because I use Norwegian setup :-p )
