AT&T JB update on Kies goes great until it is time to load the update on the phone. Then I get
the following message.
"Failed to acquire permission from the SGH-I747
administrator. The program will close.
Please log out of windows and log in to an
administrator account to restart Kies."
Can anyone tell me how to procede from here?
You have to be on an administrator account on Windows and not just a user account.
Our user account is listed as administrator.Quote:

I do not see how to open another account as this one is all that shows up on the start screen.
