Just a thought here.... How awesome would it be if the GSIII or Note II had Peel Smart Remote like the G Note 10.1. Maybe GS IV or Note III?

It's just a TV guide.....if the Gs3 had inferred, you could probably use it for channel changing

If you have a Samsung SmartTV or Blu Ray Player, you could try sideloading this



It is supposedly not compatible with ICS and above, but apparently people have had success getting it to work anyway. I used to have it installed on my HTC Inspire--Not a fantastic app but it worked. Haven't tried it on my S3.

Hmmm... This app u reference... "your device isn't compatible with this version"....probably hasn't been upgraded for JB yet. Looks like It'd do the trick for controlling the TV (volume, etc..) I'm on Xfinity and they have their own app that controls the box....for changing channels. Works really well.
