Yesterday I had to restart my phone several times because the call volume dropped into an inaudible range. This is with volume set to max. Is there something in JB I might be triggering? No recent app activity, not even an update. Stock unrooted phone

I'm having the same issue, although I started using an app to auto silence my phone during work.

Mine turned out to be a bug. If I lower the volume on the speakerphone, it makes all other volumes inaudible after a while. I fix it by switching to speakerphone, maxing the volume, then returning to headset. So far this is working, but I suspect I'll need to reset the phone to factory before long. The rate of bit rot is increasing. Just like a real computer.
