    Default Blue outline on top and bottom of screen (after jellybean)

    Does anyone else have a dim light blue outline on the top or bottom of the screen when you scroll up/down all the way? I thought I saw a previous thread on this issue but couldn't find it.

    That's the indication you are at the top or bottom of a menu. It replaces the "snap back" feature that Apple sued Samsung over.
