    Default News ticker on lock screen doesn't update (RESOLVED, maybe)

    Has anyone experienced this? Initially, the ticker would update by pressing the refresh icon on the news ticker. I turned it off/on, but it still doesn't update.

    I just want to see whether it's my phone, or some server issue.

    Update @ 6:30 pm

    It appears that finally, the news updated. This occurred as I was driving home. I check it later at home, and the ticker seems to update when I turn the wifi off, and am connected to AT&T 4G LTE. Not sure why it won't update on wifi.
