Screen Shot Issue

I just did the OTA Jelly Bean 4.1.1 update and I can't take a screen shot of my lock screen. I've swiped both left to right & right to left. I went to settings and checked motion setting everything is how it's supposed to be. Anyone know what's going on?!? (Yes, the screen shot works on everything except my lock screen) :'(

Have you tried holding the power and home buttons at the same time?
