Not me. AT&T won't subsidize another phone that soon, plus the GS3 works beautifully, so I don't have a reason to upgrade. Unless some tragedy befalls my handset (or I suddenly get a large windfall of money), I'll wait for the GS5 and its generation of handsets before my next upgrade.
