Getting double notifications and rings

So for done reason, the past few days when I get a text or notification from games my phone had two notifications in the pulldown menu and my phones notification sound rings twice??

I've restarted it still doing it

No I don't, I'm getting it also when someone sends me a race on the game bike race

It is most likely an app causing the issue, the phone wouldn't just start doing that on its own. Could even be that bike race app itself. Try uninstalling any apps that you recently downloaded and go from there.

If all else fails do a factory reset and wipe everything. The phone will be working correctly at least.

Hi again,

Well, i decided to go and uninstall apps one by one, and see what was causing this.

Ahaha! That was easier than I thought! I just picked out the four or five apps i downloaded to get different ringtones (Funny SMS, Ringo, etc etc) and uninstalled them, and it stopped!! So it was obviously one of them.

How bizarre, but thank goodness it's stopped!
Might work for you to check if you've downloaded these types of apps?
Someone else had an app called Beautiful Widget that was causing it, do you use that?
