Having troubles with my phone connecting to Kies Air with Wi-Fi and I think I know the answer to the problem but I wanted to see what other people think.
Issue: Can connect via USB cable but when scanning for devices it just sits there and finds nothing yet my computer will immediately see it. Also when Kies Air does "see" my phone through my computer I click the connect button but says this "Device Not Support Kies air message. Please Support Device connect and refresh."
-----My conclusion: My computer is not connected to my network through Wi-Fi but via Ethernet cable to the router that provides said Wi-Fi.
--------------My Solution: Get a Wi-Fi thingy-mah-jig to be able to connect through Wi-Fi as well or find a work around without the thingy-mah-jig.
Any thoughts or input is appreciated. I can hook my phone up through the browser and USB cable, it's just that message about my phone not supporting Kies Air when it obviously does =/
