I'm having trouble flashing Cyanogenmod 10. I keep getting (status 7)

Unfortunately I've already wipe/formatted and have no rom now. The only thing I can do now is boot into CWM.

any advice on what I should do would be appreciated. thanks. I've tried restoring but It says no file found even though I've backed it up before.

maybe you could try downloading another ROM to your computer, transfer it to your phone and then flash it?
