4G does not work on CM10.1

I've had cm10.1 for a while now, upgrading the nightly every once in a while. The whole time I haven't been able to get 4G. I've tried to get new APNs and I tried changing the network mode but it will automatically change back right after.
Please help! I hate slow internet!

I've not used cm10, largely because it hasn't been terribly stable and reliable with the Samsung phone. I believe connection and radio problems are a known problem with cm on this phone. My advice, seriously, is to ask in the AT&T rooting forum here on AC for recommendations on more reliable ROMs.
