Randomly restarts

It will randomly restart. (Power off and on)
Just now I was on an important business phone call. My phone restarted, they called back, but I couldn't even answer, the phone was still powering up and wouldn't let me swipe to answer.

What I do every day:
- Restart before sleep.
- Full scan with Paid Norton Security.

Anyone else have this? What would you do about this?

It may seem drastic, but I would start by backing up all your important data to your PC and doing a full factory reset of the device. I would also back up everything from your SD card, and format that using the phone's format tool under Settings > Storage.

It may seem drastic, but is usually a cure-all for something like this.

If the problem keeps on after the reset, I would try changing your SD card. Sometimes, SD cards can go bad, and can cause these issues.

Thanks for your help. It turned out I didn't need to do that.

After updating everything that had an available update, I haven't had the problem since. Must have been a buggy app.
