ITunes sync to S3 bringing over genres and playlists

I have added customized genres in my PC ITunes database and also added playlists. I tried copying all music files plus the .m3u playlists from my PC via USB to the S3 and accessing it via DoubleTwist. the music is all there and plays, but customized genres are not recognized (only genres assigned by original publisher) and playlist does not show up. I tried with DoubleTwist on the PC itself and it failed to see any of this information before transfer. So that will not work. Any hope that there is a transfer program that will recognize the modifications in the ITunes database and transfer them to the S3?

i had good results using isync. Only thing is that the protected files wont load to the phone.

I tried out ISyncr and it worked magnificently. Best of the lot and incredibly fast and flexible, with their free player added as well. What a relief to be able to maintain all the customization I had put into ITunes setup brought over to the Android, and easy updating.
