Att galaxy s3 super glitchy!

i recebtly got my new galaxy s3 for att april 18. the first few weeks it was amazingly smooth. but now, it has been very laggy, slow, and absolutey NOT a pleasur to use. i have norton anti virus protection, it says its all fine. a lot of my data in like games and stuff are on my sd card. i have 6 gb. left on the actual PHONE. i have fast reboot and run it a few times a day. i also close out all of my apps frequently. and sometimes, during games or just on my gomescreen my volume doesnt want to go up and down.. only the ringtone. plus, my phobe likes to reeboot itself and get stuck on a homescreen and get hot. the battery life is also terrable. i cant return it because my 14 days of bestbuy is up. so i cant. what can i do?

you running stock or a custom ROM? It appears a ROM as the font style is custom. If it's a Custom ROM it ain't the phone's fault but the ROM you are running
