HELP!!! My S3 Wifi isn't working

Morning,

I have a major problem. My Galaxy S3 SGH-I747 was dropped and now my wifi will not recognized any router i have tried *#0011# and all information is saying N/A only my IP 0.0.0.0. WHAT MUST I DO

It may be the radio became damaged after the drop. A reset might fix the IP address problem.
