I can't turn it on with the buttons. The only way I can get the screen to show up is when I plug it into the charger. The pull down still works and so does the back button, but I cannot do anything else with the phone. I had a few messages, but when I tried to read them it removed them from the text queue. The settings button does not work either, so I can't do a factory reset on it.
It has not gotten wet. The only thing I can think of that may have caused this is it was dropped a few days ago. It has been working fine until now though.
What can I do to resolve this problem?? I'm trying to take the case off to take out the battery, but that is proving harder than I remember it when I initially got the phone.
Never mind, I got the back cover off and took the battery out... problem solved!
