Dear Experts,
I've been using the S3 since a few months now. Worst upgrade.
Samsung tech has not been helpful. The only suggestion they gave me was to reset my phone and watch battery usage after installing apps one by one. I'm very unhappy.
I have to carry a phone charger all the time.
Last few nights I've been leaving my phone to charge. Once the battery level reaches 100%..I unplug and poof...the battery level drops to where it was before.
Can someone tell me if you're facing the same issue...if so how do I fix this? Your reply would really help.....thanks.

Welcome to the forums!
Battery most likely is bad. You can try to clear cache in recovery. Here is how: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...ing-into-recovery-mode-galaxy-s2-s3-tab2.html
If that doesn't work, a replacement battery is a good idea.

Thanks a lot for your reponses. I'll check out the thread that you have provided. Is battery covered under the one yr manufacturer warranty?
The reason I ask is because I've been facing some kibd of an issue with the battery since long.
Or do I stop complaining and just get a new one?

If you are still under warranty. I think it is.

Sent from a SlimROM S3.
