I factory reset my gs3 and now it's stuck on a screen that says download do not turn off target for over an hour now. Helppp

You can either pull the battery of press and hold power. You somehow got into download mode, but sine you are not transferring a ROM file to you phone you can shut it down.

Sounds like you're in download mode. Did you press the volume down button while powering on by accident?
