I rooted my phone with cf auto root but is blocked by knox so I would like to know how to unroot my phone without bricking it.

Welcome to Android Central
If the root attempt was blocked by Knox, then it probably isn't rooted. No need to unroot

You need to uninstall from within the app

App does not open because knox blocks it. And in app manager on the phone it doesn't give me the option to uninstall.

Same dead here with Sprint SPH-L710, phone is in fact rooted, just can't utilize any root features due to fuk'n KNOX sorry pos security & can't disable it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
