S3 better than S4?

I had an S4 that I never really cared for. Two of them actually. I had WiFi issues on both and could never type well on the screen.

I wound up replacing it with a moto x and have been very happy. But fate dropped this s3 in my lap so I have been using it the last 2 days. So far I have only one issue. Audio sometimes takes a few seconds to play when I plug in headphones. Aside from that I like this phone a lot better. The screen looks better and the keyboard is far more accurate.

I just found it weird that I am liking the s3 after not liking the s4.

Sounds to me like you just had a bad batch of S4's. When I had mine it ran pretty flawlessly and much better then my friends S3's. Not sure how you figure the S3 has a better display when the S3 is only 720p with 306 ppi versus the S4's 1080p 441ppi display. When I compared them to my friends S3 it was like night and day.
