Get a replacement. I run every game I've tried smooth. I use the Bluetooth controller from moga(I think that's the brand) as well.

EDIT: This is a AT&T HTC one as well. 4.3 will probably be another month or so. I'm guessing three months.

Real racing... I don't even game on this but it was fun. It pixilated 1 time on me right before the finish line but other than that it played awesome.

Asphalt 8 is still relatively new and the fps is bad on most devices (just check out the reviews). RR3...well it runs well for me, turn off power saver mode for a bit and try the game. Any other games it runs smoother than butter. Do you have a lot of applications open?

Never any problems with mine, smooth as silk. But when i play games i close all running programs too.
