Can I turn off Zoe?

So, can I turn off the Zoe "feature". I just want to take a picture and walk away. I don't want to waste time hitting 5 buttons to do something that I should be able to do by hitting only one button. Is it really that hard to do something so simple?

Zoe mode is only active when you have it enabled in the camera software. If the Zoe icon in the camera viewfinder is blue, then it is enabled. Just tap that icon again to turn it off and return to traditional shooting.

That worked just the way I wanted it to.
As long as I'm asking dumb questions, what's the reasoning behind putting a picture(s) in the "Events" and not just putting it in previously imported "Pictures"?

It's just another way to organize them. You can swipe right and look at the other sections.
