Default New HTC One M7 died in less than 3 weeks and it will not start back up!

I got a brand new HTC One M7 from Asurion in the beginning of May and the phone literally died yesterday and will not start back up. I took it to 2 AT and T stores and they said they can do nothing because it will not charge or turn on. I know people will say it wasn't new but it was it came brand new in the HTC box and everything with the earbuds etc. I had been having serious issues with Asurion and they knew they needed to send me a new one. Help! Has anyone else had a problem like this? I just can't believe it's been less than a month and the phone just stopped functioning completely.

I had a similar issue back when I was still a Blackberry. But, I would just keep getting it replaced. THEY sent you the faulty device, so they need to fix the issue. Its annoying, but just call them up and let them know.

Look no further, we are here to help! All replacement devices come with a 12-month limited warranty. This means if you experience a covered warranty within that time, you may be sent a replacement at no additional cost. Please email us your claim#, carrier name, mobile# and best contact# to socialmediateam@asurion.com. We will have a claims specialist reach out to you for assistance.

    Thanks!
