My online account has always shown my M7 correctly, as well as my wife's HTC One Mini side by side. Now it shows my phone as a grayed out flip phone next to her Mini. No big deal, since when I click on the link to show how to use my phone, it still comes up with the instructions for the M7.
Just wondering if others see a flip phone instead of the M7 on their online account.
Is AT&T trying to tell us that the M7 is discontinued?
Update: It's back! My account now shows I have an M7. Maybe AT&T personnel were updating the website. It is 9/9/14, some new phone is supposed to come out today.
