Just create a new APN and be done with it. No need to roll back if that is the only issue you are having. Seach here and on XDA.

WiFi tethering they blocked on this update if this is what your referring too...is no work around except to roll back,If you really want to roll back to 2.2.1....Ive posted a roll back procedure on the forums here....
