    and at&t doesnt have a clue...someone please help with this...it let me log in now it just locks up.

    I would not expect AT&T to help, have you tried HBO? I have used HBO GO and MAX GO on my Inspire. There appears to be issues with the underlying technology they both use as they can hang in the middle of a show. Netflix is much smoother.
