phone took a spill
so my phone took a pretty bad spill last night... it was working fine until i went to restart it today, now all that comes up is the white htc screen that first pops up when u boot up.
my phone is rooted and i have the option to do the factory reset. would this fix my problem or is there another way that i can fix my phone and keep my root?

Put a rom on your SD card and flash it. Or restore a backup in recovery.
