I just subscribed to HBO on Sunday. I checked my cable box this morning and the service has definitely been added to my account (I went to Xfinity.com and confirmed it there as well).
I installed HBO Go on my HTC Inspire but when I try to log in I get an Xfinity splash screen saying "This network is not included in your current XFINITY TV subscription".
Like I said, I know it is. Does Comcast for some reason think HBO Go is its own network (separate from HBO itself)? Do I need to talk to Comcast (shudder) or to HBO about this?
I can still watch HBO content on the Comcast/Xfinity website which is fine for when I am at home. I was just hoping to have mobile access to Game of Thrones
