hello,

i rooted my inspire4g 2 days ago and installed a custom rom (ICS) from below adress.

..

it was installed succesfully but when it restarted my phone was shoeing a unicorn animation of team kang.. and still in same condition..can anyone please help me how to restore my phone manually..

Did you perform a full wipe (factory reset and cache/Dalvik through recovery) before flashing?

You gotta put it into recovery mode that's known as a boot loop take out the battery put it back in press the power and vol up hold them down at the same time untill it launches clock work mod then acess the wipe options wipe the dalvic cache and wipe the cache then factory restore then once you reboot it should be all clear and it should boot up give it about 5 minits the first boot is always the longest IMPORTANT MAKE SURE YOUR BATTERY IS NEAR AS POSSIBLE TO 100%

I think its vol down and power. Hold vol down press power for like 2sec release but keep holding volume down till boot loader comes up then select recovery

And when coming from a different rom I usually do a full reset, wipe data factory reset wipe delvac cache, catche, format sys, format data, format boot, then install. Remember to do A nandroid backup first just in case
