update does not work

When i try to update i get a msg. the severs are busy then i have to wait 24hours to try again.....tried this a few times and allways does the same thing....Can anybody help me out or is anybody having the same problum

I'm having the same problem and I've done it at least 7 times. I think it's because the update is on the server but it isn't being pushed out yet so we are getting the busy message.

If you want to be able to try the update more than once per 24 hours, go into Settings>Date and Time> then manually change the date to a day ahead.

Sigh you'll get a push notice be sure that when you accept your on a wifi and you have 100% batteryvas it will take aprocimentally 10 minits and eat 20% of the battery

Forgive the noobie here, but I'm keeping mine like it is: rooted. I needed the agps fix. But my wife wants sense 3.0. If she accepts, that's all she has to do? Don't I have to unroot it before it'll even allow her to update?
