    Default Need sim/sd cover.. Desire hd or inspire?

    Ok I bought an inspire 4G from a lady yesterday but it won't hold any signal unless in the middle of town. Well upon a little research, the antenna is located in the door that covers the sd/sim. This door wasn't located on the phone. Apparently they had lost it. Am I right to assume having this door would greatly increase my signal reception as it is so horrible now? It's got a brand new sim card in it. Where would I get said cover? The lady I got it from said htc would send a new one for free? How would I contact them for one? If not them then I've been pointed to the door on a couple of websites. However it is listed as for an HTC desire hd. Is this the same?

    Noone can tell if the sim cover from the desire hd will work on an inspire?

    Not sure, but if you contact HTC, they'll most likely send you a new cover for free. I have seen many people do this.
