Email and subfolders
I have a mac email account and have a bunch of folders that I store emails in. The folders are part of Mobile Me and NOT on my Mac.
When I view a folder on my Inspire (stock program) it says NO EMAILS in any of my folders. I have no problems seeing e-mail with my iPhone, but the Inspire will not see them.
Also, today it's only showing me the first 8 messages out of 3,630 messages and that's it. - 04-18-2011, 12:03 AMThread Author #2

As far as the number of emails it shows, go into the settings and make sure it's not set to only show a limited number. I know there's different settings for different types of email servers, but mine has a setting for maximum number of messages to show and the number of days back to show.
As far as the folders you're talking about, I don't know. I know the stock mail program only has Inbox, Drafts, Outbox, Sent, and Deleted. I know I'd like to add a saved folder for mail I've read and want to keep, but I don't see any way to add custom folders.
