Angry Bird files on old memory card

Just like the title says, I swapped the memory cards in my phone and I lost all of my Angry Birds data. The icons are still there, but they look like generic android icons. Which files do I need to pull off of my old memory card and where do I need to place them on my new memory card? Should I download angry birds again and then look for the correct folder to place the file(s)?
