Here is what I disabled right after getting the phone:

Wild Tangent Games
AT&T Navigator
Twitter
YPmobile
Facebook
myAT&T
A&T Ready2Go
AT&T Locker
Browser Bar
AT&T DriveMode
Mobile TV
City ID
AT&T Hot Spots
AT*T Messages
Amazon Kindle
AT&T Family Map
AT&T Smart Wifi
Device Help
Face Unlock
Gmail
Google Play Books
Google Play Magazines
Google +
Life Square
Life Square Log Manager
Picasa Uploader
Carrier IQ is disabled, until next reboot, when it is automatically enabled again, then I go back and disable it every time (if I remember).
Google Currents
Google Hangouts

Any other suggestions?
If anyone knows how to disable "Get Google Now!" nag screen, that would be extremely appreciated. I hate that it randomly keeps popping up and that there is no "Do not bother me again" option.

You may also disable Google search, Keep, Hangouts, Currents and such. I disabled Exchange Service and Email because I use the Yahoo Mail app. It comes down to what you use on your device.

An app such as All In One Toolbox will also help you control what apps to remove from booting upwhen you boot up your device.

Thanks, I don't think I saw Keep or Currents in there.
I did not want to disable google search unless there is something else I can use. I use google search a lot since there was nothing else that could be incorporated into system as one search for all, what else do you use for search?

Exchange is needed, I run 3 exchange accounts + 1 hotmail + 1 gmail on stock email app, and I am using Touchdown for my work exchange.

How about Market Feedback Agent? I disabled that on my wife's LG.
Also, what is PC Suite Service? (and it's UI)

I also wanted to get rid of pesky AT&T address book and Google Now nag screen.
Also I want to disable VuTalk but I want to give it a shot first, maybe I can use that to chat with my wife's P870. Scratch that, looks like P870 does not support vutalk. :( So is it safe to get rid of it?

Thanks, does All In One Toolbox work on CarrierIQ? I don't think there is anything else that keeps on returning after a reboot?

I believe you can disable SmartShareProvider and SmartShareBeam if you do not plan to share media from your phone to your TV.
(Someone please correct me if I am wrong about this.)

I actually like SmartShare, and I am pissed that they integrated that into apps instead of giving us a standalone SmartShare.
Maybe there is a setting somewhere, I wonder if anyone can help, how the heck do we stream media off DLNA device or XMBC to the phone? It was as easy as two taps on LG P870

How did you disable the AT&T apps?

In Apps (ALL tab) you can disable them, you cannot remove them, but disable them and they won't restart.

Open Google Now by swipe touch button and release on Google
tap menu button
switch the Google Now button to turn it off
