Button presses during phone calls?

I seem to be having an issue where during my phone calls, when the phone is at my ear, the phone registers me as pushing buttons (like number keys or the hold button) even though the screen is off. Even if I manually turn the screen off it does this.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone have any suggestions on what I could try to do to solve it? Thanks!

This is a problem to do with the touch pad...You need to get it replaced.

I am having the same problem, while talking. Clicking noises every time a certain thing gets pressed. Many times it is the hold button. Very frustrating, called AT&T today and they said the only thing I could do is take it a store and do a buyer's remorse where they will exchange for another phone because it is within the 14 day Grace period. I really like the phone, just frustrated with all of the face dialing while talking
